Ray “Joe” Lee Elerick

Ray “Joe” Lee Elerick, Sr., 85, of Bannock passed away on August 7, 2026. He was born in Dogtown, Ohio on July 6, 1941, a son of the late Wilfred W. and Audrey L. (Russell) Elerick.

Joe was a retired mechanic who loved vehicles. He enjoyed painting cars as well. He loved watching Nascar. He enjoyed tinkering in the garage and doing yardwork. He was a friendly man who never met a stranger and helped anyone. He loved being with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patty Elerick; brother, Harry “Bill” Elerick; and a daughter, Nancy Ann Elerick.

Left with happy memories are his sons, Ray Elerick of Bannock, Wilbur Elerick (Karen Fullerton) of Toronto, Winfred (Michelle) Elerick of St. Clairsville; grandson, Daniel (Eli) Elerick; plus several nieces and nephews.
