Woodsfield Savings Bank CEO Honored with Eagle Award

Press Release

Woodsfield. OH –  Woodsfield Savings Bank is proud to announce that President and Chief Executive Officer, Tracey Craig, has been named the recipient of the 2026 Eagle Award during the 52nd annual Community Bankers Association of Ohio (CBAO) Convention. The Eagle award recognizes outstanding leadership, professional excellence, and meaningful contributions to Ohio’s community banking industry.

“The EAGLE award stands for:

Excellence—going above and beyond, setting the standard, and delivering meaningful results.

Advocacy—means having the conviction to speak up, the persistence to remain engaged, and the willingness to protect the institutions and communities we serve.

Guidance—sharing wisdom generously, mentoring quietly, and helping others find their way forward.

Leadership—not defined by a position or title but demonstrated through example.

And finally, Engagement—Engagement is the decision to participate rather than observe. It is the commitment to remain present, involved, and invested in the success of our association and our industry.

Together, these qualities represent the very best of community banking.” – Aza Bittinger Jr., President and CEO of Community Bankers Association of Ohio.

“I am deeply honored to be the 2026 recipient of the Eagle Award”, said Craig. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it recognizes the important work of community banks and the dedicated people who serve them every day,” (Woodsfield Savings Bank press release)
