The Barnesville Shamrock Varsity Football season is here. For the first time in years, the team will invade New Concord to take on John Glenn.
The game is set for 7 p.m. Friday at the Little Muskies’ football field located at 13115 John Glenn School Road, off Friendship Drive (SR 83 N).
On Wednesday, Barnesville Schools Athletic Director Brad Hannahs issued the following statement for fans planning to attend the game.
“Seating will be very limited, with some standing-room space available. Fans are welcome to bring their own chairs if they would like. However, if you are planning to sit in the bleachers, we highly recommend arriving early to secure a seat.”
