8:55 am— Helen Gregg Road, Bethesda. A caller reported a repo tag was placed on the door, a scam. The caller wanted the incident documented.
8:56 am—Virginia Street, Bethesda. A caller requested a welfare check on a female at Abby’s Crossing Apartments. A deputy responded and discovered from a neighbor that the woman was in a hospital.
5:28 pm— North 26 Road, Bethesda. A deputy assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a vehicle crash resulting in property damage. An accident report was taken and information exchanged.
7:54 pm— Markatan Street, Flushing. A caller reported hearing possible shots fired. Flushing Police handled the report.
10:44 pm— Lafferty Road, Flushing. A caller reports threats are being made against her online. A sergeant advised it is a civil matter, suggesting the caller block the parties.

7:18 am — Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont. Deputy on patrol at Union Local Schools.
2:52 pm — Hall Boston Road, Barnesville. Caller reports a stolen ATV but is unable to provide proof of ownership documentation. Deputy on station advised the caller of options.
Saturday, August 22, 2026
1:52 am — Bend Fork Road, Jacobsburg. 911 open line. Male heard saying he was being chased and threatened. Female heard advising male to hang up. Line disconnected. Unable to call back. At 2:55 am, four people were detained after individuals were located and identified. Information was gathered for report.
3:46 am — Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont. Union Local Schools. Officer assisting another unit.
1:00 pm — 2nd Street, Belmont. Caller reports yelling is going on and is worried a friend has locked herself in a bedroom. Deputies responded. Mother and daughter had a disagreement over a new boyfriend. All is now well.

1:09 am —Flushing Twp. Caller reporting underage party at residence. Sgt. responded making contact with group of people in front of the residence. No underage drinking present. Individuals went home for the evening.
2:41 am—Morgantown Avenue, Barnesville. Barnesville Police requested assistance on call. Deputies responded.
Monday, August 24, 2026
10:17 am—South 26 Road, Bethesda. Call on station for report. Info. taken for report.
12:31 pm—Greig Road, Jacobsburg. Breaking and Entering with items taken including a shotgun.
12:38 pm—- Belmont-Morristown Road, Belmont. Minor accident reported at Pilot Service Station. Report requested.
1:17 pm—I-70WB at Mile Marker 202, Barnesville. Central dispatch advised a Fed Ex truck with double trailer is tailgating dangerously and driving erratically.
1:53 pm—Oak Lane, Barnesville. Person on station reporting a business on this road was supposed to repair his Semi-Truck and has not. Person requested deputies accompany him to retrieve his truck. Person advised to get a court order.
3:41 pm— Lockwood Hill Road, Jacobsburg. Breaking and Entering. Info taken for report of stolen shotgun and other items. No serial numbers provided at this time.
8:31 pm—W. Main Street, Belmont. Call about an elderly female walking around cars acting strange. Patrolled area, negative contact.
11:23 pm—Morristown Street, Flushing. 911 open line. Negative contact on call back. All is well. Accidental call.

12:44 am—Jacobsburg-Key Road, Jacobsburg. Hoof and Paw attempting to take control of dogs. Some dogs are believed to have been poisoned. Statements obtained.
9:04 am—Holzworth Road, Flushing. 911 hang up on an open line. Called back and left a message. It was accidental.
12:25 pm —Township Road, Bethesda. Central dispatch advised of an individual with cardiac arrest. Squad on scene. Narcan administered. Patient refused transport.
6:38 pm— Virginia Street, Bethesda. Caller reports neighbor abusing dog and loudly playing music. Music is not a violation. Hoof and Paw inspected the dog who “appears clean and in good health.”
10:12 pm— Belmont-Morristown Road, Morristown. Owner of stolen semi-cab from a previous call found his truck at Love’s Truck Stop. Owner has the suspect on the ground and is holding him until deputies arrive. Deputies on scene. One male in custody. Truck released to owner. One male transported to hospital for medical clearance.
11:40 pm—Bethesda. Caller advised she would like a call from a deputy after finding concerning messages on her daughter’s phone. Information was collected and forwarded to detectives.
