The quiet village of Holloway will boom this weekend as citizens welcome visitors to the 78th Annual Old Timers Festival that honors the rich railroad history of the once bustling community.
The festival includes a parade, an old fashioned baseball game and other activities over Friday through Sunday of the Labor Day Weekend.
