Barnesville Band Fundraiser

The Barnesville Band Students, Directors, and Band Sponsor Board are pleased to announce the band program is growing in 2025!

More students than ever are joining—bringing more energy, more music, and more school spirit! With this growth comes new challenges to keep the band moving forward.

Changes to the school’s beverage contract means the department needs to replace previously provided coolers in the concession stand. That cost is over $15,000.

The band is growing – 49 members this year – which means the program also needs to raise approximately $12,000 for new uniforms.

The department is reaching out to local businesses and individuals to ask for sponsorships to help reach these goals. Every donor will receive recognition. Fund drive organizers have developed sponsorship levels to show their gratitude in meaningful ways:

A list of sponsor recognitions and information on how to donate online are found on the Barnesville Shamrock Marching Band’s Facebook page

The uniform and cooler goal is to raise $27,000 as soon as possible.

In addition to listed sponsor amounts, any and all donations are appreciated. Donations may be given to a band director, board member, or mailed to the school (please include “Band Sponsorship” in the notes section). A receipt will be provided for tax purposes.

The band is also looking for Feed the Band Sponsors for games this fall as the football season quickly approaches.
