Barnesville Shamrocks Present Homecoming Queen Candidates

Barnesville High School introduces the 2025 homecoming queen candidates. The student body voted to select the ten candidates. The 2025 homecoming queen candidates are Aubrey Johnson, Aiva Leasure, Becklee Oliver, Ashlyn Spangenburg, Maleah Farrell, Addison Carpenter, Lilah Lucas, Ella Nugent, AJ Empeno, and Charlie Wells.

The queen will be crowned at Friday’s football game against The Linsly School at Shamrock Stadium, starting at 7:00 pm. Each candidate will choose a flower box as she walks across the field. As they open their boxes, the white rose indicates the queen, while a green rose indicates the runner-up.

Eiffel in Love with Homecoming is the theme. Homecoming week is packed with traditional activities. On Tuesday, October 7, at 7:00 pm, there will be a bonfire at Shamrock Stadium. The homecoming assembly is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, at 12:45 pm in the Barnesville High School Auditorium. The week’s festivities end with the Homecoming Dance sponsored by the BHS cheerleaders.
