Flushing Lighting Ceremony Set
The Flushing Revitalization and Business Corporation and the Flushing VFD are hosting a holiday “Light up Flushing” event in the village from 6-7 p.m., Sunday.
In addition to the tree lighting, there will be cookies, chili, hot dogs, hot cocoa, kids crafts and a photo op with a special guest!
The free event will take place at the Flushing fire hall, 104 High Street.
The community’s Christmas parade will take place on December 6 with line up at Schuler Park beginning at 10 a.m. and the parade stepping off at 11. In addition to the parade, the annual craft show will take place that morning at the fire hall.
