Wildflower Walk at Barnesville Rotary Lake
The annual Spring Wildflower walk for 2026 will center on the Barnesville Rotary Lake at Memorial Park. The walk is sponsored by the Captina Conservancy.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. and end at noon, Saturday, April 18. The walk will begin near the lake with parking at the lake and along the Fair Street extension to the lake.
Tour guides will point out the various varieties of native spring wildflowers growing in the area.
There is no charge for the walk. Participants are asked to bring their own water and dress accordingly.
