John Douglas White

John Douglas White, 74, of Quaker City, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at his home.

John was born on April 8, 1951, in Morgantown, WV, a son of the late Morris and Wiladean (Davis) White.

John was a 1969 graduate of Newton Falls High School. He worked at General Motors for thirty years before retiring. He enjoyed mowing the grass and owned over forty acres of land.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Trevor White.

John is survived by his son, John White of Newton Falls; his brother, Brad (Barbara) White of Pierpont, Ohio; his adopted daughters, Shelly London of Newton Falls and Michelle Hughes of Quaker City; his granddaughter-in-law, Sonya White of Southington, Ohio; his nephews, Mark and Joe White; and his grand-dog, Bella.

No services will be held at this time.
