Kiwanis Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser
The annual Barnesville Kiwanis Club Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser will take place from 4-7 p.m., Thursday, April 16 at the Assumption Catholic Church Basement. Tickets for the meal are $10, children under 12, $5. They may be purchased from any member of the Barnesville Club or at the door. The menu consists of spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert and beverage.
In addition to the meal, club members will raffle off a number of baskets at the “country store” with donations from the Barnesville Chamber of Commerce, Barnesville Mothers Club, Barnesville Hospital, Blossom’s, Woodsfield Savings Bank, The Enclave of Barnesville and others.
Joining club members preparing meals and serving at the dinner will be members of the Barnesville High School Key Club. Barnesville Kiwanis sponsors the Key Club and pays all non-local dues for members of the youth service club.
Proceeds from the dinner and all other Kiwanis fundraisers support local schools and youth projects.

The Barnesville Kiwanis, a local service club, meets at the Main Street Barrel House each Monday for a weekly luncheon meeting. Membership is open to one and all. More information on the club is posted on the group’s Facebook page.
