Barnesville jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the third inning after an error scored two runs, and Abygail Ady singled, scoring another.
Cambridge scored two on a hit in the top of the fourth.
Ella Betts earned the win for Barnesville surrendering four hits and four runs in seven innings. She struck nine out and walked three in the contest.
Peyton Loudin excelled in the middle of the lineup with two runs batted in. Emma Swan logged two hits in three at bats.
Barnesville Varsity takes on Buckeye Local on Friday at Rayland.
