Gary L. Baumberger

Gary L. Baumberger, age 84, of Beallsville, OH, passed away Friday, July 10, 2026, at his home.
He was born November 13, 1941, in New Martinsville, WV, a son of the late Albert and Loretta Dietrich Baumberger.
He was a retired employee of the former Ormet Corp. Hannibal, OH and a farmer, and was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ Powhatan Point, OH and Switzer Community Heritage Association.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Baumberger.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Marjorie Schnegg Baumberger; two sons, Greg (Nancy) Baumberger of Jacobsburg, OH, and Larry (Bobby Jo) Baumberger of Beallsville, OH; daughter, Beverly (Jay) Anderson of Powhatan Point, OH; 5 grandchildren, Amber (Zack Azallion) Baumberger, Brian (Brittany) Baumberger, Fred Anderson, Lamar Anderson and Chase Baumberger; three great grandchildren, Dax Azallion, Carter and Kolby Baumberger.
Family will receive friends on Monday July 13, 2026, from 2-4 & 6-8 at the Grisell Funeral Home 125 Clarinda Dr. Clarington, OH, where services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Pastor Terri Reynolds officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Johns Church Cemetery Powhatan Point, OH.
