New Fire Chief, Assistant Chief on Barnesville Council Agenda
Barnesville Village Council will be asked to pass a Resolution at the council meeting this coming Tuesday night moving current Assistant Fire Chief Chris Hendershot to the position of Chief and Silas Tracy to replace Hendershot as assistant chief.
Bob Froehlich, who is stepping down from the position, was appointed chief on January 1, 2026. Read the Barnesville News feature on his appointment as chief here.
