Paddlefest Partnership and Appreciation
ST CLAIRSVILLE – The annual Belmont Soil and Water Conservation District “Paddlefest & Partnership” will take place at Barkcamp State Park at 5 p.m., Thursday, September 17.
There will be fishing, canoeing and kayaking, free door prizes, fun and, of course, food.
