8:07 am – officer at the Barnesville High School in regards to giving an officer his body cam. Person was charged with assault.
10:01 am – Probation Officer in Monroe County needs a police report.
10:39 am – caller reports he lost his trailer license plate.
1:34 pm – male on station wanting to speak with an officer.
4:03 pm – female on station to talk with an officer.
4:21 pm – male on station to talk with an officer regarding fraud to complete a report.
8:52 pm – traffic stop on North Chestnut Street.
9:36 pm – traffic stop on South Gardner Street.

1:32 am – officer on West Main Street for a walk through.
3:31 am – traffic stop on East Main Street. Warning issued for expired tag.
4:46 am – traffic stop on East Main Street.
6:09 am – open door to garage/office on Fair Street.
10:18 am – traffic stop on East Main Street.
10:21 am – traffic stop on Railroad Street.
10:44 am – traffic stop on South Lincoln Avenue.

12:19 am – traffic stop on Roosvelt Road.
2:36 am – caller from High Street reporting barking dogs. Officer reports the dogs are on Neva Avenue. Officer advised the owner not to let his dogs loose or he will be cited for dog at large.
4:46 am – traffic stop on North Chestnut Street.
7:37 am – traffic stop on North Chestnut Street. Warning issued for headlights.
8:24 am – caller from Harrison Street regarding his neighbor’s dogs that continue to get loose. The two big dogs are making a mess and barking. One dog seems to be aggressive.
8:27 am – officer assisting EMS squad on Morgantown Avenue.
11:00 am – caller requesting to speak with an officer.
2:48 pm – traffic stop on East Main Street.
3:58 pm – caller from East Main Street reporting turkeys are loose. Turkeys have been caught.
8:59 pm – caller reports she found a stray beagle and wants to know if anyone is looking for it.
11:58 pm – traffic stop on Bethesda Street. Citation issued for speed.

8:39 am – Guernsey County Sheriff’s Department is trying to locate a person to notify her of a family member’s death.
8:43 am – traffic stop on Railroad Street.
9:02 am – officer on Wiley Avenue attempting to make contact with a person.
12:28 pm – female on station speaking with an officer.
2:02 pm – female on station speaking with an officer.
3:01 pm – officer on South Chestnut Street handling a two-vehicle accident.
4:32 pm – caller reports a neighbor has 7-8 feet tall marijuana plants.
4:47 pm – officer on State Route 147 with for an accident. Officer is waiting for The Ohio State Highway Patrol to arrive.
5:01 pm – vehicle lockout on South Chestnut Street.
Friday, September 25, 2026
4:40 pm – officer on North and South Chestnut Street regarding a traffic offense.
4:58 am – officer on Pine Lane investigating a complaint discovered the residence has graffiti on every wall. A psych emergency is requested.
8:28 am – female caller states her boyfriend kicked her out of their apartment in just a shirt and underwear. He tossed her phone out the door. Nothing physically occurred except that he pushed her out the door.
8:41 am – Barnesville Emergency Room personnel report a male patient is acting up. He is now walking through the halls. They would like an officer to provide assistance.
10:14 am – caller talking to an officer regarding a theft.
6:16 pm – caller on South Chestnut Street reports her vehicle has been rear ended. EMS squad on the scene.
6:40 pm – female on station reports that her son beat her dog and then pushed her. Son states he shoved his mother while trying to separate two dogs that were fighting.
8:44 pm – traffic stop on State Route 800 South for a side-by-side with no license plate.
8:56 pm – officer on special detail with a Belmont County Sheriff’s officer on McDowell Road in Somerset Township.
9:12 pm – female on station requesting extra patrols on High Street. She states that there has been a black car parked in front of her house at night and the occupant shines a spotlight into her home.
10:41 pm – traffic stop on East Main Street. Consent to search granted. Officer reported nothing was found on the search.
11:45 pm – traffic stop on Bond Avenue.

12:05 am – traffic stop on Railroad Street.
1:21 am – loud music and screaming heard on Pleasant Street. Officer advised the party goers to take it inside.
12:15 pm – caller wanting to speak to an officer.
1:38 pm – traffic stop on Railroad Street.
3:18 pm – male on station to speak to an officer.
4:13 pm – traffic stop on Railroad Street.
5:21 pm – caller reporting a vehicle accident on South Chestnut Street near Pike Street.
8:28 pm – traffic stop on South Gardner Street.
9:32 pm – traffic stop on Railroad Street.
10:40 pm – officer on West Main Street regarding an intoxicated male.
10:56 pm – traffic stop on East Main Street.
Sunday, September 27, 2026
1:42 am – traffic stop on North Chestnut Street.
3:25 am – traffic stop on Leatherwood Road. Intoxicated male.
8:22 am – caller wants to know if an officer will go to her home and tell her husband to not drop her child off at her workplace. She also said the husband followed her around the festival last night.
9:51 am – male on North Broadway Street on station reporting he was assaulted this morning by his brother. He stated the brother tried to stab him.
11:44 am – The State Highway Patrol called about a BOLO about vehicles driving recklessly on Interstate 70. They reported that the vehicles exited onto SR 800 and are heading towards Barnesville.
12:30 pm – male on station to talk with an officer about an event that occurred this morning.
1:30 pm – male experienced a seizure during an arrest. EMS squad transporting the male to the hospital.
3:10 pm – female caller reports her Facebook has been hacked and she is being spoofed and mocked. She states that she sent a person fifty thousand dollars.
3:47 pm – male on station reporting that he was parked on Mulberry Street and someone hit his vehicle mirror.
9:58 pm – caller reports her neighbor nearly got attacked by another neighbor’s dog.
