Bonnie Jean Mobley Porter

Bonnie Jean Mobley Porter, 77, passed away at the Arbors of Woodsfield on October 28, 2026. She was born on May 7, 1949 in Lewisville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Kenneth Wesley and Anna Marie (Ault) Mobley.

Bonnie was Christian by faith. She graduated from Skyview High School in 1969. Bonnie retired with over 30 years of service from the Monroe County Care Center. She enjoyed needlepoint work and word puzzles. She loved spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Woodrow Mobley; and long-time companion, Roger Francis.

Left to cherish her memory are brother, Dale Mobley of Beallsville; sister, Charlotte Horsley of Northport, FL; two nieces, Anastasia Yeater of Pennsylvania; Melanie Bruton of Texas; three nephews, Steve Mobley and Clinton Mobley of Woodsfield, Kevin Kahrig of Florida; also great-nieces and great-nephews; and good friend, Joanna Steortz of Woodsfield.

Graveside services will be on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11am at Beallsville Cemetery with Pastor Joe Heist officiating. Wilson Funeral Home, Harper Chapel, 52728 Ohio Avenue, Beallsville, Ohio 43716 is honored to assist the family.
