Area Vet Practice Expanding

Dr. Carrie Wehr, owner of Gold Ribbon Veterinary, 102 North Street, Woodsfield announced this week the official appointment of Dr. Cameron Hupp as a member of the Gold Ribbon team. 

Hupp, a native of Lowell, Ohio, grew up on a farm and is a graduate of The Ohio State College of Veterinarian Medicine.

Dr. Wehr, a Barnesville native, purchased the Woodsfield-based practice from Barnesville Veterinary Services in 2023. The Monroe County office was opened as Woodsfield Veterinary Services by the late Dr. Fred Claugus over two decades ago.

In making the announcement, Dr. Wehr said, “we are pleased to announce that we are now officially scheduling appointments for large and small animals with our newly appointed Doctor Cameron Hupp. As we are all excited and eager to have him commence treating our fellow farms, we kindly request your patience and understanding as this is a new development for us. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for all our clients”.
