Batesville Sports Court Construction Update
According to a post on the Village of Batesville’s Facebook Social Media page this past week, “Finally our new basketball, pickle ball, and volleyball court is coming along. The first court put down was not the correct court that the mayor and the council created and ordered. After some discussion with the company, the right one was installed. We are waiting on the Batesville B letter for the center to be put in place.”
Animal Rescue Organization Seeks Support
“We are in desperate need of your help and support with our recent case of removing 10 adult and 11 puppies, all German Police Breed, as well as three horses from a Barnesville residence/business on May 11.

Being a nonprofit we operate solely on donations and fundraisers. We are running through funding quickly. Anything helps. thank you for your continued support. Donors may call Heritage Veterinary to put money directly on our account or send to paypal.
