Monday morning Guernsey County Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden announced that charges of aggravated robbery, a felony of the first degree, have been filed against Robert McFarland of Mount Pleasant, Ohio for the bank robbery on July 25 at the Citizens National Bank branch in Quaker City.
