Cambridge CC Invitational Results
On Saturday, 36 schools competed at the Charlie Fondale Memorial Cambridge Bobcats Invitational hosted at Cambridge High School. For Barnesville, this was their final invitational for the season.
Union Local Royalty, Homecoming Weekend
Union Local Homecoming Royalty candidates for 2026 will vie for Queen and King Friday night at Jets Stadium. A Homecoming parade of students and alumni, including alumni cheerleaders, will be a feature of Thursday evening. Union Local, 6-1, will host the Buckeye Local Panthers, who seek their first win of the season.
Monroe Theater Returns
The grand reopening of The Historic Monroe Theatre in Woodsfield, Ohio takes place on Friday, October 9, 2026, as part of the statewide Ohio Goes to the Movies initiative celebrating America 250-Ohio. The feature film is The Reliant, filmed in Zanesville and Coshocton in 2016.
