Heritage Learning Center Partners with Village Network
The Heritage Early Learning Centers with facilities in St. Clairsville and Barnesville was selected as one of only two pilot programs in Ohio to partner with The Village Network to bring the Early Childhood Mental Health Program.

In spite of the continued winter weather this past week, Monday night’s Coaches vs. Cancer event at the Barnesville High School Gymnasium went of with out a hitch.
