Registration is now open for two summer Belmont County 4-H camps.
The Summer Lunch Program gears up to begin serving nutritious sack lunches on June 5th until late August. According to Jean Cooper, approximately 15,400 sack lunches were served last summer to children in Barnesville, Bethesda, Belmont, and Somerton.
Barnesville Village Council considered a contract with CTI Engineering at their April 7 meeting.
Several awards were presented at the Annual Barnesville Chamber Spring Banquet last Thursday night. Featured speaker was Robert Horsey, organ donor program advocate.
A Barnesville Elementary School Student brought a gun to school Monday morning. Along with the gun that was in a backpack was a loaded clip for the gun. Barnesville Police continue their investigation of the matter.
