Keith James Shultz, Jr. passed away on December 24, 2024, at Belpre Landing in Belpre, Ohio. Mr. Shultz (Jimmy) as he was known by family, was born on September 10,1972 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Deborah Kerr Shultz (Wayne) and Keith Shultz, Sr.

Sara Marie (Foster) Yock, 73, of Key, OH passed peacefully on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Liza’s Place of Valley Hospice, Wheeling, WV.  She was born December 5, 1951, in Barnesville, OH, a daughter of Chloe Durbin Foster and the late Charles D. Foster.  She was raised in Centerville.
