David Parmley Headlines Feb. 20 Pennyroyal Opera House
FAIRVIEW – The Pennyroyal Opera House’s bluegrass show February 20 will feature David Parmley.
Born in Nashville, TN, and growing up in Los Angles, Parmley began playing Bluegrass with his father Don and the Bluegrass Cardinals at the age of 17.
David Parmley remains a vital and active figure in the bluegrass community today. His current ensemble, The David Parmley Band, has earned widespread acclaim for its dynamic performances, tight harmonies, and dedication to both tradition and innovation. David Parmley has been inducted into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame as a founding member of The Bluegrass Cardinals.
The Opening Band on February 20 will be Old Hometown, a traditional Bluegrass band featuring seasoned professional players and singers.

Old Hometown members are Matt Hines on banjo and vocals, Greg Miller on bass and vocals, Jim Simpson on mandolin and vocals and Tom White on guitar and vocals.
The kitchen and doors open at 5 p.m. and the show begins at 7.
Tickets are $20 per person, 12 and under are FREE
The Pennyroyal Opera House consists of a 100% volunteer staff and is located in Fairview Ohio just off Interstate 70 at exit 198.
