Native Fish Workshop – June 6

The Captina Conservancy is hosting a Native Fish Workshop from 10 a.m. – Noon, Saturday, June 6 at conservancy property near Armstrong Mills. Promised is a ” a fun morning in Captina Creek”.

This is a free event for anyone interested in learning about the fish that call this creek home.

Did you know there are over 56 species of fish in Captina Creek?

Participants will go over different fish sampling techniques and go over the various types of fish caught that morning.

Follow the RSVP instructions below to reserve a space for the workshop.

The event will take place at Conservancy-owned property on Captina Creek located at the end of Steele Road (T114) near Armstrong Mills. GPS Note: the road number in the flyer is incorrect.
