Patricia Ann Brown

Patricia Ann Brown, 85, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at her home. Patty was born on March 18, 1939 in Belmont, Ohio to the late Howard E. and Goldie M. (Secrest) Milhoan Wise.

Patty was a 1956 graduate of Barnesville High School and later received her accounting degree at Belmont Technical College. She was self employed as an accountant for Brown Accounting and Tax Service. Patty was also a member of the V.F.W. Women’s Auxillary. She liked gardening and flowers and enjoyed coon hunting when she was able. Patty’s pride and joy was her family, she loved getting to spend time with her grandkids.

In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Brown on September 29, 1998; son, Patrick Allen Brown; brother, Max (Roseann) Secrest; in-laws, Chester and Wanda Brown; and sister-in-law, Pam Milhoan.

Patty is survived by her children, Donnettia (Dennis) Hall, Teresa (John) Ramsey, Donald (Rhonda) Brown, and Wes (Mandy) Brown; grandchildren, Denise (Shawn) Thompson, Josh Hall, JD (Amber) Ramsey, Kevin Ramsey, Brad (Amanda) Ramsey, Darren (Megan) Ramsey, Grace Brown, Brandon (Jenna) Brown, and Kara Brown; great-grandchildren, Carli, Tristan, Mason, Serenity, Landon, Savanna, Jaxon, Maria, Miley, Hayden, Jayson, Alivia, Sophia, Zane, Kolson, and Arlie; great-great grandchildren, Lenyx and Anais; and brothers, Howard Milhoan Jr. and Gene (Sandy) Milhoan; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024 from 5-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. The service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 11:00am with Reverend Barry Peters officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery.
