February Chamber Meet Set
The February membership meeting of the Barnesville Area Chamber of Commerce will take place Wednesday, February 12 at 12:00 Noon at the New Life Center, 219 West Church Street. The meeting is sponsored by Northwest Title.

Chamber Brochure Deadline Nears
Barnesville Area Chamber of Commerce Director Jill Hissom reminded potential members to “secure your spot in the 2025 Barnesville brochure. February 1 is the deadline for the chamber membership renewal. Renewals or joining after this date is possible, but inclusion in the brochure listing for 2025 is not guaranteed.
Oldest Chamber Member’s Birthday Recognized
The Barnesville Chamber of Commerce this past week also saluted the organization’s oldest and longstanding member upon her 98th birthday. Jean Palmer Davies, retired editor of the Barnesville Enterprise, was feted to a party by her family Friday, January 17 in advance of her actual birthday on the 20th. For the past several years, Davies has resided at The Walton Home.
