Owner of the property is the business Mayo’s Corner LLC. that was established in 2013 and owned/ managed by Beth Mayo Secrest. The location was also home to Corner Fitness from 2008-2017 owned & managed by Beth Mayo Secrest & Denny Hunkler.

Rumors related to the listing prompted Lifestyle Gym Barnesville owner Laken Figel-Domorsky to tamp down speculation that the gym would be forced out by a sale noting the lease protects the business if it is indeed sold.

The 11,958 square foot building is listed at $665,000.
