Donna Jean Price

Donna Jean Price, age 85, of Cambridge, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at OhioHealth Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. She was born on August 6, 1940, in Barnesville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Lester Carpenter and Mary Blanche (Schafer) Carpenter.
Donna was a 1958 graduate of Barnesville High School. In addition to being a devoted homemaker, she worked in retail at several area stores, including Rinks and Riesbeck’s. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Cambridge. Donna enjoyed crafting and working with her hands—especially ceramics, painting, and sewing. She loved traveling and sharing adventures with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale W. Price, whom she married on June 29, 1959; her grandson, Zachary Thomas Price; and her brother, Terry Carpenter.
Donna leaves behind her children: Randy Price of Senecaville, SMSgt Rodney (Melissa) Price of Lusby, MD, and Rhonda Knott of Cambridge; her grandchildren Abigail Knott, Amberlee George, Lucas Price, Gabrielle Marie Price, and Kayleigh Ann Price; her great‑granddaughter Eloise George; and several nieces and nephews.
