Wagon Train Returns to Belmont County

The wagons are rolling into Belmont County this weekend!
The Belmont County Wagon Train returns May 29–31, bringing a once-a-year tradition back to the Historic National Road and communities across the county. Be sure to check out the flyer below for the full list of stops and travel route throughout the weekend.
On Saturday morning, the wagon train is expected to depart from Lynn Hunkler Memorial Park in Morristown around 9:00–9:15 a.m. Throughout the day, sponsors will posts updates on the Facebook Events page where readers can follow along and see where the train is located at that particular time.
Everyone is invited back to the park Saturday evening for live music by Deep Down Country Band beginning at 7 p.m.
Organizers ask that if you happen to encounter the wagon train while traveling in modern-day vehicles this weekend to kindly be patient and use caution as we celebrate this special Belmont County tradition together.
The event is sponsored by Quiznos, Bel-Morr Market, Union Local Rotary, Papa D’s Pizza, Route 40 LumberJaxe, Cumberland Pointe Care Center, Bashline Massage Therapy and Belmont Mills.
