Melissa Sue Keen

Melissa Sue Keen, 57, of Belmont, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home on June 20, 2026. She was born on June 12, 1969, a daughter of the late Jack Hindman and Carol (Adkins) Day.

Missy worked for Auntie Anne’s Pretzels for over 20 years before she retired to be a caretaker for several family members. She was a wonderful mother with a heart of gold. She enjoyed making meals for her children and their friends. She loved reading books and talking with friends on the telephone. Her favorite hobby was spending time with her grandchildren. She had a vibrant, outgoing personality that will be missed by all who knew her.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Charles Keen; children, Jacob (Samantha) Keen, Trevor (Shyla) Keen, Hannah (Jacob) Burton; grandchildren, Bailey, Ryatt, Jaxson, Riley, Carter, Jace, Elaine; step-father, Dean Day; siblings, Jackie (Kevin) Chamblin, Mindy (Cameron) Lab, Jarried Day; nieces and nephews, Lexi, Emma, Morgan, Gabriel.

The visitation will be on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 2pm until the time of service at 6pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio 43719. Pastor Cheryl Norris will be officiating the service. Cremation to follow.
