Randall L. Gallagher

Randall L. Gallagher, 77, a devoted husband and father, peacefully passed away in his home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on October 9, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Eunice Gallagher of Malaga, Ohio, his father-in-law, Wayne D. Henthorn and his infant granddaughter, Callie Rose Gallagher.

Randy is survived by the love of his life and wife of 42 years, Lisa Gallagher and their three children, Tiffany Hay, Lindsay (Tim) McKeen, Justin (Rebecca) Gallagher and 10 grandchildren, Zachary Hay, Parker Hay, Ryleigh Hay, Jaxson Hay, Olivia McKeen, Claire McKeen, Lincoln McKeen, Harper Gallagher, Quinn Gallagher and Aiden Randall Gallagher, his brothers Ron (Cathy) Gallagher, Rick (Gigi) Gallagher, Kevin (Susan) Gallagher and sister Diane Gallagher and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his mother-in-law, Dorothy Henthorn.

Randy lived a full and impactful life, marked foremost by his love for his wife Lisa and all the things they built together, including a loving family and a successful business that they founded, Randall L. Gallagher Memorials. They enjoyed traveling together, cheering for the Buckeyes and spending time with their children and grandchildren. They faced the challenges of building a business, raising a family, and dealing with Randy’s health issues together, bonded by their love for each other, their family, and mutual faith.

Randy was an incredibly hard working, kind, genuine, easy going and loyal man, and he was very dedicated to the things he held dear: his wife, his family, his faith and his community. He was a faithful member of the St. Clairsville Church of Christ where he was baptized and served as a deacon. He served his country in the Navy before he went on to start his business and become an active member of the local business community. He participated in many organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce where he was a past president, the St. Clairsville Rotary and Ruritan clubs, 4H, Monument Builders of Ohio where Randy was a past president, Monument Builders of North America and many others. He enjoyed the outdoors and was very successful in showing his horses and angus cattle. He was a friend to many and was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need.

Randy had many health-related challenges, especially later in life, but he never complained and possessed a tremendous desire to live to spend time with his family. Despite his poor health, he was able to spend his last years at home, where Lisa and his sister Diane cared for him, along with other members of the family and dedicated aides, Cyndi, Rita and Nicole that the family would like to thank along with Amedysis Hospice and Home is Where the Heart Is Health Care.

Randy was deeply loved by his wife, family and friends.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the St. Clairsville Church of Christ, 47694 Reservoir Rd, St Clairsville, Ohio, where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m., with Everett Hutson officiating.
