1/2 Acre Homesteading “Tree Identification”

Join the Belmont County Soil and Water Conservation District at a 1 / 2 Acre Homesteading session on Tuesday, June 3 at 6:00 at Dysart Woods, 61961 Dysart Woods Road.

“This Session will focus on Tree Identification, helping participants recognize and understand the trees in the environment.”

Attendees should wear hiking shoes. They walk through the woods with State Service Forester Paige Rice learning how to identify trees from bark, leaves and other characteristics.
