Jane Roberta Valentino, 68, of Barnesville, Ohio formerly of Bellaire, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at her home. She was born March 20, 1956 in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Robert and Rosalie Slintz.
At the January 9 Organizational Meeting of the Barnesville Exempted Village School Board, Leslie Shultz was selected by members to lead the body this year. Ed Eberhart was selected as vice president.
Four members of the six council members were present for the first meeting of the new calendar year. Absent from the meeting were Steven Hill and Brian Yarnall.
