Western Belmont County excerpts from the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office Call Logs covering various dates from September 4 through September 10 are reported below. This past week, there were ten attempts to serve warrants in western Belmont County, some successful and others not.
Preshtha Mangla and Dr. Carolyn Xin have joined the dental staff at Ohio Hills Health Centers (OHHC). Both are practicing at OHHC-Barnesville and OHHC-Freeport. In addition, OHHC will be opening a new dental center in St. Clairsville at the East Central Ohio Educational Service Center (The ECO Center) in early 2026. Dr. Mangla and Dr. Xin will be seeing patients at OHHC-St. Clairsville when it opens.
