Details Released on I-70/SR 149 Project
n news previously shared with Barnesville Area News readers, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced this week that the agency is moving forward with plans to improve the Interchange of I-70 and SR 149 south of Morristown. Construction is expected to begin in 2026 and take place over two years. The project will include widening State Route 149 and replacing the current bridges on I-70.
