The 35th rendition of the Epworth Park Cottage Owners’ Chautauqua Days Festival took place the weekend of July 12-13 at the historic park that got its start as a Methodist church camp in 1870.

Union Local Rotary Car Show Winners
The Union Local Rotary Club staged its annual Antique and Classic Car Show at Bethesda’s Epworth Park last Sunday, July 13, as a companion event to the Chautauqua Days Festival across the lake in the cottage area of the park.

History Enthusiasts Head Back to Track Rocks
People will have a chance to head back to Track Rocks, a tour that hasn’t happened since 2023, to see prehistoric Native American stone carvings.
Ohio Department of Natural Resources Anthropologist John Boilegh will lead the tour, with everyone meeting at 9:30 a.m. to leave promptly at 10 a.m. July 19 at the Belmont County Victorian Mansion Museum in Barnesville.
