The Belmont Soil and Water Conservation District marks its 80th anniversary at this years Paddlefest and Partnership event, 5-8 p.m. on August 22 at the Barkcamp State Park Beach Shelter.
The free concert will take place Saturday night at 7 p.m. in the Epworth Park Auditorium.
