The annual Belmont County Master Gardener Plant Swap will take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Belmont County Fairgrounds Wise Building, 45420 Roscoe Road, St. Clairsville.
Gardeners should bring plants by 5:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
A patriotic mural is taking shape on South Chestnut Street. Artist Scott Hagan created the design and is painting the huge piece of art.

The Belmont County Tourism Council Board of Directors announced the recipients of its 2026 Grant Assistance Program (GAP Grant), awarding nearly $120,000 to 45 nonprofit organizations across Belmont County.
