Visitors to the 2026 Barnesville Pumpkin Festival will notice construction is underway in an open lot at 220 North Chestnut Street just up the street from the Barnesville Antique Mall.

Crock for Cancer: 4-H Community Support Each Other
The Belmont County Agricultural Society donated a Belmont County crock to raise funds for two 4-H families. Brooke McFarland and Jarrett Burga are both battling cancer. Rulli Introduces Bill to Strengthen Medicare Payments for Community Health Centers
On Sept. 15, Congressman Michael Rulli (OH-06) introduced the bipartisan Community Health Center Reforms Enabling Better Access for Seniors and Elders Act, or the CHC REBASE Act, legislation to modernize how Medicare pays Federally Qualified Health Centers and ensure seniors and underserved patients can continue accessing the care they need close to home.
