Ohio Hills Health Centers Recognized by Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program
Ohio Hills Health Centers (OHHC) achieved recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH) for our four primary care centers- OHHC-Barnesville, OHHC-Freeport, OHHC-Quaker City and OHHC-Woodsfield. The PCMH designation recognizes primary health care providers that put patients at the forefront of care.
