Ohio River Festival Set
POWHATAN POINT – The annual summer Ohio River Festival will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 8, at the Powhatan Point Marina located at 90 Mellott Street.
The festival is hosted by the Belmont Soil and Water Conservation District and the Captina Conservancy.
The free family event will feature informational booths and tables by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, The Wilds, Belmont Soil and Water Conservation District, Captina Conservancy, local beekeepers and others.
Other attractions include food, raffles and T-shirts for purchase. ODNR will present two electrofishing demonstrations.
