Barnesville Hospital’s Phillips Promoted to Wheeling Hospital COO
David Phillips, longtime president and CEO of WVU Medicine of Barnesville and Harrison Community Hospitals, will become the new chief operating officer for WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital effective July 8.
