Flags Flown at Half-Staff Will Honor Jack Cera

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine ordered the flags of the United States and the State of Ohio to be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout Belmont, Jefferson, Monroe, Noble, and Washington counties as well as at the Ohio Statehouse, Vern Riffe Center, and Rhodes Tower in honor of the life and service of former state Representative Jack Cera.
