Barnesville Memorial Day Program Planned
Barnesville American Legion Post #168 announces the upcoming Memorial Day Observance for the community. The program will take place at Veterans’ Plaza at the corner of E. Main and N. Arch streets from 11:00 am – 12:00 Noon, Monday.

Successful Cutting Class for a Cure
Students at Barnesville Middle School raised over $48,000 Friday as part of the 17th Cutting Class for a Cure to benefit Belmont County cancer patients.
Barnesville Hosts 19th Annual Rails-to-Trails 5K Race
The annual Rails-to-Trails 5K Race was held Saturday and featured 155 contestants. There were four categories of participants, and that included those who ran, walked, a heavyweight group and people who brought their dog(s) to walk.
2026 Tractor Cruise
Prior to Hoot-N-Holler activities at Barnesville Memorial Park, a total of 15 tractor enthusiasts took part in the an annual feature of the day, the Tractor Cruise.

Barkcamp Barn Ribbon-Cutting
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources will rededicate the barn at Barkcamp State Park at 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 18 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
