Pennyroyal Opera House Hosts ‘The Wayfarers’
The first performance of 2026 at Fairview’s Pennyroyal Opera House will feature the Wayfarers. The program is scheduled for January 9.

Area Venues Participate in America 250-Ohio Movie Presentations
Several area venues will participate in a statewide program in 2026 as Ohio marks the nation’s 250th anniversary. Movies with connections to the state will be presented once each in Barnesville, Cadiz, Caldwell, Martins Ferry, Morristown and Woodsfield.
Genealogy/History Resources Added to Local Library
The local genealogy chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society has added several history/genealogy resources to the local public library.
