Director of the Tri-State Military Veterans Cheryl Skinner tackles each day the same: by ringing a bell every day for Veterans who have died.

Skinner arrives at the museum every day in Belmont at 101 E. Barrister St. to ring the bell out front for veterans who she posted obituaries for that day.
